Moving Forward through Our Fear
with Evolution Energetics

After the event at the university, I met a woman who was struggling with knee pain. I invited her to sit with me for a minute to see if we could discover the root of her pain. I used the healing symbols from Evolution to connect her to her higher self, the part of our subconscious that is available to all of us for guidance, and she promptly stated “Fear of moving forward.” She had experienced major changes in her life recently, and she was afraid to move forward and take the next steps. I used some physical healing symbols, and we were able to get her pain down from an 8 to a 2. More importantly, she made the connection that her fear of moving forward was showing up a physical pain. She was literally struggling to step forward.
When it comes down to it, the key question becomes: How long do we want to be in pain? Last week my older son and I were talking about how I used to yell and scream at him when I got triggered. I explained that my screaming and yelling was an attempt to reassert control. His response? “Its not about control Mom. We all just need to be free.” Of course, he is right. Over the last couple of years, I have used the Evolution healing symbols to remove the layers of trauma that remained embedded in my brain, tissues, and nervous system since childhood. These days, it’s rare for me to get triggered by my children. If I do, I’m able to use a symbol to balance my nervous system and “ride it out” without yelling and screaming. I have let go of my need for control. Our family is breaking the chains that bound us in endless cycles of drama and trauma. We are free. We are at peace.
The other day, I was with a friend whose back was hurting. I told her “Just sit down and let me heal it.” So she did, and we got her pain down from a 8 to a 6. I asked if she wanted to tune into her higher self to see if she had her own healing symbols (everyone does). “What if I don’t have any?! “ she asked. I could see the fear in her face. I told her that it was up to her. She really wanted to, and we could both sense that there was a symbol, but her fear was blocking it. Just then, her toddler came over and put his hands on her shoulders. Then my toddler came over and stood next to him.
Something shifted, and immediately she knew what her symbol was. “It’s an olive branch!” She used the symbol and felt a sense of peace wash over her. Together, we helped her face her fear and move through it. I checked in with her to make sure she was okay with me sharing this story. She was glad for me to and remarked on what a moving moment it was. Also, her back “feels better than it has in three weeks,” and her pain is down to a “solid 2.”
In the end, moving forward through our fear comes down to a choice. How long do we want to stay in the situations that no longer serve us? We can evolve out of these situations and evolve into the humans that we want to be. We can step forward and step into our power. We can find the freedom to be at peace. We don’t have to do it all alone. We can do it all. Together.https://www.facebook.com/evolutionenergetics/
