What is energy healing, and how does it work?
We are energetic beings. Think of an EKG machine that measures the rhythms of the heart. When the heart stops, we shock it to reestablish that electrical current back into balance. It's not just the heart that produces an electrical current. Everything within and around our body carries an electrical charge. From the tiny structures in our cells known as atoms to our tissues, organs, and the human energy field known as the aura that surrounds our body, it all vibrates and produces an electrical frequency or vibration.
As we go through life and encounter physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma, we disrupt the balance we were born with. Our cells vibrate more slowly, and disease develops. Fortunately research shows that we can learn to direct healing energy to where it is needed to reestablish this balance. To heal the trauma. To raise the frequency and vibration. To reestablish physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This is where Evolution Energetics comes in. It is a transformational set of tools that you can use to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance through healing your energy.
How is Evolution Energetics different from Reiki?
Evolution Energetics is an energy healing system similar to Reiki. However, with Evolution, rather than relying solely on the practitioner to heal you, you are empowered to heal yourself from the first session. We all have the ability to heal ourselves through the subconscious part of our mind known as the higher self. It is the access point to our soul. Through the higher self, you're able to access your own intuitive guidance and healing symbols. The symbols you download are attuned exactly to your vibrational frequency.
Evolution Energetics is an intergenerational coaching and energy healing system. When we are hurt emotionally, we develop emotional “scars” that are stored in our body. They make us feel heavy. When something in our environment triggers one of these scars, the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response is activated. We yell and scream, leave the scene, numb ourselves in any number of possible ways, or we try to please others so they will like us. When we choose to heal, we let go of the pain of the past, but hold onto the wisdom and gifts gained..
Think of it in terms of a prescription. The energy healing symbols you download from your higher self are the prescription that is perfectly attuned to your vibrational frequency. In this way, you learn how to direct energy to where it is needed in order to move physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma out of the body, brain, and spirit. What happens during a session?
Sessions are conducted over Zoom. Unlike Reiki sessions, Evolution Energetics session are interactive. They are coaching AND healing sessions. Also unlike Reiki, the purpose of Evolution Energetics sessions are for you to learn how to tap into your intuition and heal yourself through your own healing symbols that you access from your higher self. However, Jess does send you energy healing to support you connecting with your intuition and any physical, emotional, or spiritual healing that is needed, including healing past lives if necessary.
First, you talk about what brings you to the session. Then, Jess sends you energy healing to help you connect to your higher self and intuition. Once connected to your higher self, you can begin to discover the root cause of your issue(s) and begin to heal them by using the healing symbols you access through your higher self. Jess will also use symbols from Evolution Energetics to complete any healing that is needed.
The entire session, Jess is sending you energy and coaching you, guiding you to ask questions of your higher self which will help you access the information and healing symbols that you need to resolve your issue(s). You come away empowered to resolve your issues and heal yourself.
